I’ve served as a corporate pastor, ministering to local businesses across construction, plumbing, financial institutions, and more. In that role, I saw firsthand how personal struggles, stress, and workplace challenges can impact an entire team. I knew there had to be a way to bridge the gap between personal support and professional success—and that’s why I created Our Company Cares.
