About the Founder
Mark Peacock is a devoted husband, father of five, and proud grandfather of two. He is an entrepreneur, pastor, speaker, and author with a passion for building strong organizations and helping people thrive—both in ministry and the marketplace.
Growing up in a broken and dysfunctional family, Mark developed a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the importance of leadership that values authenticity, care, and integrity. As a pastor, he played a key role in growing three churches into thriving regional megachurches, identifying essential elements of a healthy organization. Through this experience, he learned how to cultivate cultures that prioritize people while recognizing and avoiding leadership pitfalls that breed manipulation and dysfunction.
Beyond ministry, Mark has successfully helped scale multiple businesses by providing sales and leadership training. His entrepreneurial journey includes helping launch companies in healthcare and technology, as well as founding a smoothie company focused on clean energy drinks and açaí bowls. Whether in the church or the marketplace, Mark is committed to creating environments where people are valued, empowered, and equipped for success.
